The emergence of new technology bring forth new opportunity, at the same time it crashes the old ones. It kinda makes me think of the theory on evolution.
computer conquering almost in all aspect of the world.I always come to think about typewritter how personal secretary dont need have this speed skill in typing words(words per second). The criteria being a secretary i could think of is their beau.
Clerks...if it is 20 year back we might need a few in helping out in the administration task and paper work. But when it comes to present year now, computer software taking over alot of the heavy load task.
overall it reduces lots of opportunity(employment). the world evolves, Obsolete knowledge and technology are seem unwanted(so does their pay decreases). We can no longer relay on the old stagnent technology.
All and all it is about progression. the world evolve, products that u get to see everywhere in market evolves too, so much u and i, our tech knowledge and skill needed to evolve in par or relatively faster then the other.
i just recall and thought about this , probably might reminds ourself not to slack behind in such competitive time.
