Failing to meet needs

one of my supplier(A) which is a big company , they had a few department
sales and marketing
technical staff
administration

often times when company grow, it is not neccesary positif if , it is not implimented with the right culture and structure of management.

this is what happen one customer came in looking for a parts(for a machine at end price RM450) that will cost around RM20 at end price. Sales person from Supplier A told the customer that they run out of stock for that particular model machine that is worth RM450 when first purchase.

Customer complain
- only used 3 year
- dont tell me after 3 year i got to keep buying a new machine when u run out of stock for that parts or any part of the parts for the machine

Supplier A respond
- we cant do anything, NO PARTS.
- suggest solution is that she can either buy a new machine unit at RM450.00 and trade in her older machine at a lower price.

- saw that parts and can be rectify&modify to meet what the customer wanted (probably at RM30 service charge)
- cant just go ther and past my card to that customer, cos i am in my supplier office. Biz ethically not right to steal biz in such way especially in supplier premise.
-ignorant sales person only knows how to sell rather then solve problem and if she did call out their technician they could solve the problem.

At the end i left that place with an heavy heart, felt pity that she had to bleed her pocket just bcos of an inexperience sales person.

some big companies just hire people without giving them proper training, just to fill up those un occupy task.

I had just renew my hosting since it is already 1 year old. I am refering to my company webpage ozone-purewater.com. So far so good with the hosting , no complains, maybe it is because the company that is doing the hosting is my friend thats where i will get extra troubleshoot advise :)

Whats interesting is that they come by some package by giving free new domain name. And with some considerate thought and time I registered

Interesting website. This person is in prison(that wat he claim to be) and he is making bucky, by doing some sketch art on people. It is some good idea for blogger to inculcate extra services(sketching service)
It can either be drawing, giving advise or anything(you-fill-in-blank-services).

Just added Google Ads kinda find it easy to had it hang up there.
This is consider known to everyone as one of the mean to generate income from their own website.

Tech Evolution (personal thought)

The emergence of new technology bring forth new opportunity, at the same time it crashes the old ones. It kinda makes me think of the theory on evolution.

computer conquering almost in all aspect of the world.I always come to think about typewritter how personal secretary dont need have this speed skill in typing words(words per second). The criteria being a secretary i could think of is their beau.

Clerks...if it is 20 year back we might need a few in helping out in the administration task and paper work. But when it comes to present year now, computer software taking over alot of the heavy load task.

overall it reduces lots of opportunity(employment). the world evolves, Obsolete knowledge and technology are seem unwanted(so does their pay decreases). We can no longer relay on the old stagnent technology.

All and all it is about progression. the world evolve, products that u get to see everywhere in market evolves too, so much u and i, our tech knowledge and skill needed to evolve in par or relatively faster then the other.

i just recall and thought about this , probably might reminds ourself not to slack behind in such competitive time.

It been a while since writing in my blog. i have been occupied with tini mini stuff lately.

anyhow i spend quite alot of time constructing my this website (have a look Ozone Purewater). Did modification on the script to project the idea and image of the company.

i can say it took me around 1 month to construct this website. Feel happy about.

thanks you darling for being very patient with me, this certainly tax extra time from you.

anyhow in doing website there are two things to consider.

1) the concept (which i think it is the hardest to build). It took alot of my time to come out with an idea of what to place in the website to equate the company image. Some company is willing to pay a bomb just for this. unless you dont mind getting it from ready made template in the net for u to choose from. kinda like plug and play :)


2) this will be the scripting, software language that make the page to link up and run. (this is the easier part to do).

so here goes... ANYONE WANTED TO BUILD A WEBPAGE?...seriously....we charges a small sum,

we are talking about photo pictures , we can turn them into bucks cash. i only realize this recently that some amateur,pro photograher and groups generate commission buckycash by mean of selling their picture on every download.

this site is the popular one istockPhoto , picture quality are high, they will need some requirement to start selling.


there are other idea ways of generating cash with pictures.
i have just add a link at the side of my blog, and called it "WAYS TO EARN".

I will keep adding link into that when i get to know more other means to get buckycash

i heard many people claimed of miracle from the internet, yes i am saying making buckky bucks from the net. some ads seem fake some genuinely real and happening.

so i have decided yet so many make bucky buck, so why and why dont i make my own exploration into the mass oceanic dig and see what future lies ahead.
